Rich was an incredible partner in selling this house. This was a bit of a complicated situation - I was selling my late father's house from 150 miles away, with limited knowledge of both the area and of real estate. Rich was able to fill in all the gaps. From the very beginning he provided excellent guidance on what to do with the house to prep it for sale and then once it was ready he brought me through the whole process with ease. He was never difficult to get ahold of and explained how the whole sales process works (sometimes repeatedly) with patience. Rich also stepped above and beyond what he needed to do as a real estate agent, acting as my local eyes and ears on the property since it was difficult for me to get there in person. He even went so far as to coordinate with a local plumber on my behalf for a repair that needed to be done before closing. I honestly don't know how I would have been able to complete this without Rich's help. And then, on top of everything else, Rich got us an offer on the house within days of it going on the market and secured a selling price far above what I expected to receive going into the process. I can't recommend him enough.

Rich is the best realtor in the world! Rich felt more like family when helping us find/buy our home than a realtor. We never felt pressured to put an offer in on every house we looked because Rich was not worried about selling us any home, he was more concerned on making sure we bought the home that was perfect for us.
